We will finish of the construction of a toric variety from a fan. The orbits of $T$-action on the toric variety $X$ defined by a fan $\Sigma$ are in bijective correspondence with cones of $\Sigma$. Then we give a couple of examples of toric varieties arising from normal fans of polytopes.
